Kadesh (also called Kadesh Barnea)
     A city in the land of Canaan. It was lived in by a tribe called the Amalekites, until the war in Canaan. Then Chedorlaomer's army conquered the city. (14:7) It's located near Beer Lahoi Roi (also called Lahoi-roi). (16:14) The city was also called En Misphat or Enmishpat. (14:7)

Kenan (also called Cainan)
     Son of Enos (also called Enosh). He lived to be 910. He fathered various sons and daughters, including Mahalaleel (at age 840). (5:9-14)

Kenaz
     A son of Eliphaz. (36:11) He was a chief of Edom. (36:15,42)

Kenezzites (also called Kenizzites)
     A nomadic people who lived in the land of Canaan. (15:19)

Kenites
     A nomadic people who lived in the land of Canaan. (15:19)

Keturah
     The second wife of Abraham. She bore him six children: Zimron, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. (25:1-2)

Kiriatharba (also called Kirjath Arba)
     A city. It was also called Hebron (23:2) and Arbah. (35:27)
     The city was located near the plain of Mamre in the land of Canaan. (13:18; 23:2; 35:27)
     Abraham built an altar to God there. (13:18) Sarah died there. (23:2) Later, Isaac died there. (35:27-29)

Kirjath Arba (also called Kiriatharba)
     A city. It was also called Hebron (23:2) and Arbah. (35:27)
     The city was located near the plain of Mamre in the land of Canaan. (13:18; 23:2,19; 35:27)

Kittim
     A son of Javan. (10:4)

Kohath
     A son of Levi. He was one of Jacob's family that moved to Egypt. (46:5-8,11)

Korah
     A son of Esau by his wife Aholibamah (also called Oholibamah). (35:2,5,14) He was born in the land of Canaan. (36:5) He was a chief of one of the Edomite clans. (36:18)
